Prohibited methods. [ Gazetted ) The Minister in ex~rcise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Fisheries Ordinance, makes the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Marine Products (Pxohibited Methods of Taking) Order, 2. of No person shall (a) from the High Water Mark of Anegada out to a depth of ten fathoms use a spear gun to harvest any marine products; (b) within the exclusive fishing zone use Self Contained Underwater Breathing Aparatus (SCUBA) diving equipment to harvest any marine products.
