1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Citation and (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022. commence- ment (2) These Regulations come into force on the 1st day of January, 2023.
2. The Import and Export (Control) Regulations is amended in the Amendment of Import and manner set out in the Schedule. E x p o r t ( C o n t r o l ) Regulations Cap. 165 SCHEDULE (regulation 2) IMPORT AND EXPORT (CONTROL) REGULATIONS AMENDMENTS
1. In the First Schedule – Delete from the column headed “Item no.” the item numbers for the corresponding description of products set out below and insert in each case the item numbers set out in the first column below – Item no. Product description 0910.99.30 Curry powder Ex2202.99.20 Malt 272
2. In the Second Schedule – (a) Delete from the column headed “Item no.” the item numbers for the corresponding description of products set out below and insert in each case the item numbers set out in the first column below – Item no.
