THE WATER ACT. Statutory Instrument 152—52. The Water (Supply of Water Outside Arua Water Supply Area) (Authorisation) Instrument. (Under section 96 of the Act.) 1. Citation. This Instrument may be cited as the Water (Supply of Water Outside Arua Water Supply Area) (Authorisation) Instrument. 2. Authorisation to supply water outside the Arua water supply area. The Arua water authority is authorised to supply water to the premises described in the Schedule to this Instrument, being premises outside the Arua water supply area. 3. Charges for water supplied. The charges for water supplied under paragraph 2 of this Instrument shall be the same as those for water supplied in the Arua water supply area. Schedule. para. 2. Premises outside Arua water supply area. 1. The Arua airfield and the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces camping site near the airfield. 2. The residence of Mr. Rubanga situated at Abdula-Fere village, northwest of Arua town or Arua/Adumi road, approximately 95 metres from the town boundary. History: S.I. 180/1969; S.I. 172/1970.
