(Sections 71 and 72 of the Act). 1. (1) Tms ORDER may be cited as the Game (Lipan Hunting Area) Order, {2) This Order shall apply to the area specified in the First Schedule to this Order. 2. The hunting of any species of scheduled animals specified in the Second Schedule to this Order 1s hereby prohi.hited. 3. In respect of any species of scheduled animals specified in the fast cohunn of the 'rhird Schcdt1le to this Order the number of each of such species which may hunted in any one calcnd~1r year shal.l be the nun1her respectively set out in the second column of such Schedule. 4. It is hereby prcscrilwd that on the i.,;sue of a permit to hunt any species of the scheduled animals specified in the Third Schedule to this Order there shall be paid to the Acholi District Administration t11c fee as specified in that Schedule and, in addition, the respectively specified in respect of each of such S\W.<.:.ks \\\ the th11.·d, fourth and fifth . columns of that Schedule. 5. It is hereby declared that a reque,st has been received in writing from the Acholi District Administration to prescribe the fees specified in the fifth columo of the Third Schedule to thh Order in respect of permits issm.xl to bona fide reside11ts of the Acholi District.
