3124 Cap. 226,] Game (Preservation and Control) L.N. 365 of 1963. para. I. THE GAME (PRESERVATION AND CONTROL) ACT. Statutory Instrument 226--26, The Game (Kaiso/Tonya Hunting Area) Order. (Sections 71 and 72 of the Act). 1. (1) Tms ORDER may be dted as the Game (Kaiso/ Tonya Hunting Atea) Order. (2) This Order shaH·apply to the area specified in the First Schedule to this Order. . 2. The hunting of any species of scheduled animals specified in the Second Schedule to this Order is hereby prohibited. 3. In respect of any species of scheduled animals specified fo the nrst coJomn of the Third Schedule to this Order the number of each of such species which may be hunted in any one calendar year shall be the number respectively set out in the second column of such Schedule. 4. ·It is hereby prescribed that on the issue of a permit to hunt any species of the scheduled animals specified in the · Third Schedule to this Order there shall be paid to the Govcrnmtnt of the Kingdom of Bunyoro the basic fee as specified in that Schedule and) in addition, the fee respectively specified in respect of each of such species in the third, fourth and fifth columns of that Schedule. 5. It is hereby declared that a request has been received in writing from the Government of the Kingdom of Bunyoro to prescribe the foes specified in the fifth column of the Third Schedule to this Order in respect of permits issued to bona fide residents of the Kingdom. FlRST SCHEDULE. The area comprised within tf1e following boundaries Commencing at the mouth of the Lwamarongo River; thence following the eastern bank of the sn;,1 river upstream to the point where it crosses the foot of the Lake Al ... arpment; thence following the foot of Game (Preservation and Control) [Cap. 226. the &aid escarpment in a .southerly direction to the point where it is crossed by the Warwire River; thence fol!owing the sooth bank of the said river in a westerly direction to its en tty into Lake Albert; thence following the shore-line of Lake Albert in a north-easterly direction to the point of commencement (mouth of the Lwamarongo River).
