The use of poison in the Acholi District for the purpose of killing baboons causing or being likely to cause loss, damage or destruction of or to :1nything on occupied hnd or crops or domestic animals is ,tuthoriscd subject to the followi1u,; conditions {a) such poison shall be t1,;cd only on occupied bnd; and ( b) such poison shall not be handled or controlled by :rny person other than :1 \·cnnin poisoner duly appointed by the Acholi District administration. 2.
