This Instrument may be cited as the Animal Diseases (Declaration of Disease) Instrument, 2007. 2. Declaration of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza as a disease. Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza is declared to be a disease and shall be included in the term “disease” for the purposes of the Act.
