The fee specified 00 the prescribed form sba1l 1Jc payable in respect of a trophy rertificate of registration to which the form relatea. 5.-(1) Eve&)' dealer of manufactured trophy who displays for sale or offers for sale any manufactured trophy shall affix on such manu factured trophy a label. clearly visible to any persoo lookiDg at the manufactured trophy. giving particulars of the price for which the trophy is to be sold and the serial number of the trophy certificate of registration issued in respect of the trophy. (2) Any person who contravenes any provision of this regulation shall be guilty of an offenre and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand shillings or to imprisoomcm f.:w a term not exceeding three years or to both such fine and such imprison ment. 6.-(1) Where the owner of any trophy to which section 62 of the Wildlife Conservation Act. 1974 proposes to transfer the trophy to any other person he shall produce the trophy certificate of registration issued in respect of the trophy to a licensing ofIicea" and apply for permission to transfer the trophy to which the certificate relates. (2) The licensing officer to whom a trophy certificate of registration is produced under paragraph (I) may. if he is satisfied that the proposed transaction is bona fUJe and not against the public interest authorize the transfer by endorSing on the certificate (in the space pn ,vided therefor) the name of the transferor and the name of the trans Ieree, When such endorsement has been duly signed by the transferor, the stransferee and the licensing officer and stamped with the ofticial stamp, it shall constitute a transfer permit under the said section 62 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, 1974. 7. Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulation, or makes any false stetement in any application or other document or to any authorized officer performing any function under the Act or any subsidiary legislation shall be guilty of an offience and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifteen thou sand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding these years or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
