These Regulations may be cited as tho Wildlife Conservation (President's Licence) Regulations, 1974 and shall come into operatbl on the lst day of December, 1974. 2. A President's I..Jc:eocc under section 41 of the Wildlife Conserva tion Act, 1974 shall be in the form IftSCrlbed in the Schedule to these Regulations. 3.
