These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Authorized Officers) (Identity Cards) Regulatiou, 1974 aDd abaIl <XlIJKl in to operation on the 1st day of December. 1974. 2. Every authorized officer, other than a police officer. and~ person appointed by the Director under the provisions of section 2 of the Wildlife Conservation Act. 1974 to exercise the functions of an autho rized officer shall carry an idetXity card in the form prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations while exercising the functioos of an authorized officer. 3. An authorizr:d Officer sball. upon ceasing to be an authorized offioec. surrender his idemity card to the Djrector. 4.
