THE PLANT PROTECTION DECREE. 1937. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraphs 2 and 5 of the Plant. Protection Order. 1!)no. I hereby make the following Order: The Plant Protection (Exemptions) Order, 1960. 1. This Order may be cited as the Plant Protection (Exemptions) Order. 1960, and shall come into force on the 15th September, 1960. 2~ The plants or parts of plants set out Jll the first column of the First Schedule hereto may be imported into the Protectorate without. permit provided they crjginate fFlI~! the countries set out in the second column of the said Schedule and conform to the conditions , --, :- +hn 'h;~r1 "r.illlT\Tj nf the said Schedule.
