These Regulations may be cited as the Mining (Minerals and Mineral 2 of 2018 Concentrates Trading) (Amendments) Regulations, 20 I 9 and shall be read as one with the Mining (Minerals and Mineral Concentrates Trading), Regulations. 20 I 8 hereinafter referred to as the "principal Regulations". Amendment of First Schedule 2.
