This Act shall be cited as the Kariakoo Market Corporation Short title (Amendment) Act, 198S, shall be read as one with the Kariakoo Market a.nd Corporation Act, 1974. :::ienco Acts, 1974 No. 36 2. Section 8 of the Karlakoo Market Corporation Act, 1974 is hereby Amen4 amended- . m~t of ,, sec:ti.OD I (a) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting for it the· following new subsections "(2) The shares of the Corporation shall be subscribed far by the Government of the United Republic and the Dar es Salaam City Council.
