These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (General Amend ment) Regulations, 1996, and shall be read as one with the Fisheries Principal Regulations of 1989. 2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of July, 1996. 3. The whole of the Third Schedule of Fisheries Principal Regulations of 1989 (as amended) is hereby deleted and replaced by following THIRD SCHEDULE Under Regulations 6(6), 7(6) and 13 Short title (j.N.
