No. 350 of201 l Amendment of regulation 6 Amendment of regulation 11 Amendment of regulation 13 Repeal of the Second Schedule THE FERTILIZERS ACT (CAP. 378) REGULATIONS (Made under section 51) THE FERTILIZERS (AMENDMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2018 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fertilizers (Amendments) Regulations, 2018 and shall be read as one with the F erti Iizers Regulations, 201 1 hereinafter referred to as the "Principal Regulations". 2. The Principal Regulations are amended in regulation 6 Sub-regulation (2), by deleting the words "including payment of fees as specified in the Second Schedule to these Regulations" appearing between the words "plant" and "issue". 3. The Principal Regulations are amended in regulation 11 by deleting the words "and upon payment of registration fee provided in the Second Schedule". 4. The Principal Regulations are amended in Regulation 13 Sub-Regulation (1) by deleting the words "and shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations" appearing after the words ''Ninth Schedule to these Regulations". 5. The principal Regulations are amended by repealing the Second Schedule and replacing it with the following: Fertilizers (Amendments) G.N. No. 225 (contd.)
