These Regulations may be cited as the Conservation of Wild Life Citation (Amendment) Regulations, 1997. 2. Regulation 5 of the Conservation of Wild Life Regulations is Chap. 67:0l deleted and the following regulation substituted: ameDded "Prohibition against lights and firearms 5. (1) No person shall (aJ use any artificial lights for purposes of hunting; and (b) use any firearm for the purpose of hunting during the month of October. (2) Any person who contravenes subregulation (l)(a) or (b), is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two hundred dollars.". Made this 2nd day of September, 1997. R.
