1 Ministerial regulation Re: Determination of Aquaculture Enterprises as Aquaculture Enterprises under Control B.E. 2559 (A.D. 2016) By virtue of the provisions in paragraph one of section 6 and section 76 of the Royal Ordinance on Fisheries, B.E. 2558 (A.D. 2015), the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives has hereby issued the following provision: The following aquaculture enterprises shall be aquaculture enterprises under control (1) The culturing of marine prawns (2) The culturing of Redclaw or American crayfish (procambarus clarkii) (3) The culturing of Redclaw, or all species of crayfish in the cherax (cherax spp.) genus (4) The culturing of crocodiles (5) Cage aquaculture (6) The culturing of marine shells.
