Decree of the Supreme Council concerning trophies (No. 3 of 1969)

5 Deoree of the SuEreme Revolutionary Counoil No. 3 of 16 Deoember 1269 Article 1 - "All pe:rsons in possession of trophies meant for export with the exception of the trophies of the prohibited animals prescribed in schedule 3 part A of Law No.. 15 of 25 Jan. 1969 ••• should take them to the nearest custom pCG~ within 15 days after the date of publication of this Decree,," Article 2 - Before -this time all trophies dealers without e. license must obtain one in accordance with articles 37 and 38 of the Law. Article 3 - "Tn future, trophy dea.lers are required to carry on the business of trophy in accordance with the existing law of Fauna (Bu~ting) and Forest conservation Law.. " Artiole 4 - Any person who contravenes the Fauna etc. Law is guilty of offence and shall be subject to two years prison ttin eddition to the penalties prescribed in Article 66 of the same Law."
