(2) The provisions of these Rules shall not apply to foodstuffs on the market which are not prepacked, to foodstuffs packaged at the point of sale at the request of the final consumer, and to foodstuffs which are prepacked for direct sale and whose packaging is regulated by a specific regulation. 2. člen Article 2 (izrazi) (Definitions) Izrazi, uporabljeni v tem pravilniku, imajo naslednji pomen: For the purposes of these Rules, the following definitions shall apply: 1. serija (lot) je serija prodajnih enot živila, predelanega, izdelanega in pakiranega v enakih razmerah; 1. batch (lot) shall mean a series of sales units of foodstuff, processed, produced and packaged in identical conditions; 2. nosilec živilske dejavnosti je fizična ali pravna oseba, odgovorna za zagotavljanje izpolnjevanja zahtev pri opravljanju živilske dejavnosti; 2. food business operator shall mean a natural or legal person responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of requirements when carrying out food business; 3. obrtno proizvedena živila so živila, ki jih v okviru svoje živilske dejavnosti dajejo na trg posamezniki, posamezniki, ki samostojno opravljajo dejavnost, ali mikro družbe v skladu s predpisom, ki ureja gospodarske družbe, katerih povprečno število delavcev v poslovnem letu ne presega 10. 3. handcrafted foods shall mean foods which are placed on the market as part of their own food business by individuals, by individuals operating as sole traders, or by micro-companies in accordance with the regulation governing companies, whose average number of employees does not exceed 10 within a business year. 3. člen Article 3 (pretečen datum) (Expired date) (1) Datuma uporabe in datuma minimalne trajnosti ni dovoljeno podaljševati. (1) The "use by" date and the date of minimum durability may not be extended. (2) Živilo, ki ima pretečen datum minimalne trajnosti, mora biti v primeru prodaje nameščeno na posebnih prodajnih policah, dejstvo pretečenega datuma minimalne trajnosti pa mora biti jasno, vidno in nedvoumno označeno. V ostalih primerih dajanja v promet, ki niso prodaja na drobno, je treba prejemnike tistih živil, ki imajo pretečen datum minimalne trajnosti, o tem seznaniti. (2) Where they are for sale, foodstuffs with an expired date of minimum durability shall be displayed on special sales shelves, and the fact of the expired date of minimum durability shall be clearly, visibly and unambiguously labelled. In other cases of placing on the market other than for retail sale, the recipients of foodstuffs which have an expired date of minimum durability shall be informed thereof. (3) Živilo, kateremu je potekel datum uporabe, ne sme biti v prometu. (3) Foodstuffs with an expired "use by" date may not be on the market. 3.a člen Article 3a (označevanje hranilne vrednosti) (Nutrition labelling) V skladu z 19. točko priloge V Uredbe 1169/2011/EU označevanje hranilne vrednosti na predpakiranih živilih iz 3. točke 2. člena tega pravilnika ni obvezno. In accordance with point 19 of Annex V of Regulation 1169/2011/EU, the nutrition labelling on prepacked foodstuffs referred to in point 3 of Article 2 of these Rules shall not be mandatory. 4. člen Article 4 (pogoji za navedbo serije oziroma lota) (Conditions for indication of the batch and/or lot) (1) Vsako živilo, ki je v prometu, mora imeti navedeno označbo serije (lot) na predpakiranju ali na nameščeni etiketi tako, da je dobro vidna, razločno napisana in neizbrisna. (1) Each foodstuff which is placed on the market shall indicate the batch (lot) label on the prepackaging or on the affixed label in such a way as to be easily visible, clearly legible and indelible. (2) Serijo (lot) določi pridelovalec, predelovalec, tisti, ki živilo pakira, ali prvi prodajalec s sedežem v Evropski uniji. (2) The batch (lot) shall be determined by the producer, the manufacturer, the packager of the foodstuff, or the first seller established within the Union. (3) The batch (lot) shall be labelled by the letter "L" and the batch number, which together enable the identification of the foodstuff. On the day these Rules enter into force, the Rules on the general labelling of prepacked foodstuffs (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia [Uradni list RS], No. 36/14) shall cease to be in force. 7. člen Article 7 (začetek veljavnosti) (Entry into force) Ta pravilnik začne veljati 14. decembra 2014. These Rules shall enter into force on 14 December 2014.
