HELENA LAND ACQUISITION (INTEREST RATE) REGULATIONS (Legal Notice 1 of 2006) Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Interest Rate) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on the 1 st day of March 2006. Prescribed interest rate 2. For the purposes of sections 25 and 30 of the Ordinance, the prescribed rate of interest is four per centum per annum.
