No. S 95 SINGAPORE FOOD AGENCYACT 2019 SINGAPORE FOOD AGENCY (CERTIFICATION MARKS) (AMENDMENT NO. 2) NOTIFICATION 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(r) of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Singapore Food Agency makes the following Notification: Citation and commencement 1. This Notification is the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 17 February 2022. Amendment of paragraph 2 2. In paragraph 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 283/2019) — (a) in sub-paragraph (e), replace the full-stop at the end with a semi-colon; and (b) after sub-paragraph (e), insert — “(f) the Singapore Fresh Produce Mark set out in Part 6 of the Schedule; (g) the Singapore Fresh Produce Mark (Revised 2021) set out in Part 7 of the Schedule; (h) the Singapore Good Agricultural Practice Certification Mark set out in Part 8 of the Schedule; (i) the Singapore Clean and Green Urban Farms Certification Mark set out in Part 9 of the Schedule.”.
