These Regulations are the Sale of Food (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 February 2018. Amendment of regulation 2 2. Regulation 2 of the Sale of Food (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the words “Food Establishments” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “Non-Retail Food Business”.
