Premises declared to be protected area The Schedule In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 17th February 2003. Premises declared to be protected area 2. The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer. 1 S 75/2003 THE SCHEDULE First column Second column The Authority Protected Area Assistant Chief of the General Staff, (Training) G6 Army TRAINING PLOT 2 EAST (SITE A).
