Revocation In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Exemption from Labelling) (Revocation) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2012. Revocation 2. The Environmental Protection and Management (Exemption from Labelling) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 93/2009) is revoked. Made this 22nd day of June 2012.
