7/4/2018 Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013 - Singapore Statutes Online No. S 247 ENERGY CONSERVATION ACT 2012 (ACT 11 OF 2012) ENERGY CONSERVATION (COMPOSITION OF OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2013 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(3) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2013. Compoundable offences 2. The following offences may be compounded by the Director-General, or any officer of the Agency authorised by the Director-General, in accordance with section 74 of the Act: (a) any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 12(2), 12A(2), 18(3), 19(2), 20(a), 23(5), 26(2) (including when read with section 26C(2)), 26A(3), 26B(4), 26C(6), 27(4), 27A(2), 27B(2), 28(3), 29(3), 30(6), 31A(3), 35(2), 36(2)(a), 64(3) or 65(3) of the Act; [S 751/2017 wef 01/01/2018] (b) any offence under regulation 8(1) or (2), 10(2) or 11(2) of the Energy Conservation (Regulated Goods and Registered Suppliers) Regulations 2017 (G.N.
