BOUNDARIES AND SURVEY MAPS ACT (CHAPTER 25, SECTION 17(2)(A)) BOUNDARIES AND SURVEY MAPS (PRESCRIBED FEES) RULES R 2 G.N. No. S 152/2001 REVISED EDITION 2007 (2nd July 2007) [1st April 2001] Citation 1. These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Prescribed Fees) Rules. Fees 2. —(1) The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be paid to the Chief Surveyor in such manner as he may determine in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof. (2) The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable in advance for surveys, including demarcation and emplacement of boundary marks, performed by the Chief Surveyor and for any related works and services. THE SCHEDULE Rule 2 FEES First column Second column Survey work (1) For all survey work — (a) for field work $126 per hour or part thereof. (b) for office work $63 per hour or part thereof Lot numbers (2) (a) For allocation of lot numbers $173.25 per application. (b) For activation of lot numbers for the purposes of caveat lodgement $118 per application. Assurance plan (3) (a) For checking of a Registrar of Titles plan submitted by a registered surveyor $150.
