In these Regulations-s- Interpre "Hawksbill turtle" means the Hawks:.:n turtle cr t;;.rlo~ caret; "sell" includes to expose or offer iot s~l~. 3.-(1) No person shall purchase. sell or ex-orr a-,~v preserved or stuffed Hawksbill turtle or any pait thereof unless authorised by the Minister. (2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub regulation (I) of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to the penalty provided in section 11(2) of the Turtles Act.
