In exercise of the powers conferred by section II of the Turtles Act." the President hereby makes the following Reo &ulations I. These Regulations may be cited as the Hawksbill Turtles (Protection) (Amendment) Regulations, 1978. 2. Regulation 3(1) of the HawksbiU Turtles (Protection) Regulations, 1977, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations", is amended by inserting immediately after the word "stuffed", which appears therein, the word "female". 3.
