Customs Management (Export Permit) Regulations, 2014 (S.I. 67 of 2014)

1. These regulations may be' cited as the Customs Citation :-..,..~anagement (Export Permit) Regulations, 2014.

2.(1) The goods listed under column (1) of the First Goods which require export Schedule appended to these regulations are restricted goods, pennit before the exportation of which are prohibited without a permit exportation granted under these regulations. (2) Any person exporting any goods listed under column (1). the HS Code and the description of goods are given in the corresponding entries under coLumns (2) and (3) respective.1y. of the First Schedule shall, prior to the export from Seychelles of such goods, obtain a export · permit in writing from the authority specified in the corresponding entry under column (4) ofthat Schedule.

3.(1 ~ Any person exporting any goods referred to in Grant of export pennit regulation 2( 1) may make an application in Form I ofthe Second Schedule for grant of export permit to the concerned authority responsible for the grant of the export penni! of such goods. (2) On receipt of the application under subregulation (1) the authority shall, on being satisfied, grant an export permit in Form IT of the Second Schedule authorising the applicant for exportation of the goods mentioned in the permit on such conditions as the Assistant Commissioner of Customs may impose under section 190(4) ofthe Customs Management Act, 2011. -~----- 1530 Supplement70 Official Gazette [22nd September 2014]
