These Regulations may be cited as the Animal and Plant Biosecurity (F ees and Charges) Regulations, 2014. 2. The fees payable in respect of the biosecurity services provided by the Agency in Column 2 of the Schedule shall be as specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of the Schedule. 3. The fees shall be paid to the Agency at its offices or at such other places designated by the Director for that purpose.
