This Order may be cited as the Animal and Plant Biosecurity (Designation of Agency Responsible for . Biosecurity) Order, 2014. 2. The President hereby designates the Seychelles Agricultural Agency established under section 3 of the Seychelles Agricultural Agency Act, 2009 (Act 4 of 2009) as the agency responsible for biosecurity for the purposes of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014.
