Acquisition of Land in the Public Interest Regulations (Cap. 1A)

UBSIDIARY LEGISLATION: ACQUISITION OF LAND IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST REGULATIONS [14th September, 1998] S.I 59 of 1998 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Acquisition of Land in the Public Interest Regulations. 2. The forms set out in the Schedule hereto are prescribed for the purposes of the provisions of the Act respectively specified in each such form. SCHEDULE FORM I ACQUISITION OF LAND IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST ACT Particulars furnished under section 5(3)/5(4) Instructions: All items, sub-items and questions must be completed or answered. Where the information or reply is "NIL", "NONE" or "NOT KNOWN" this must be stated. 1. Particulars of Claimant (1) Name, address and telephone number of the Claimant (2) Name, address and telephone number of any other person acting on behalf of the Claimant 2. Description of the land and nature of the interest therein (1) (a) Location Area: Survey Plot No: (b) Buildings on the land Size of building (sq.m.): Nature of construction and present condition of buildings: (2) Nature of interest in the land (3) Does your ownership extend to all the land or only to part of it and if so which part? (4) (a) Is ownership absolute? If mortgaged, state (a) the name and address of the mortgagee(s) (b) the amount of money lent under the mortgage: (c) the date and repayment particulars: (d) the amount of principal outstanding: (2) Are there any public or private rights of way, easements, covenants or restrictions affecting the land? If so, state the same (3) (a) Is any part of the land let? If so state (i) the name and address of the tenant(s): (ii) area or particulars of the land let to each: (iii) the rent payable: (iv) the commencement and expiry dates of the tenancy: (b) State the amount of rent received for each of the last three years: (4) Is there a usufruct affecting the land? If so, give the name of the usufructuary. (5) Is the land or the claimant's interest therein subject to any order of any Court, notices of any public authority, or any planning permission? If so, state full particulars. 4. Description of claimant's interest(s) in adjacent or nearby land Does the claimant have any interest in any land contiguous or adjacent to or nearby that described in paragraph 2.
