I GAZ 51 & SUP 27 7TH JUNE 2017 GENERAL ELECTION RESU~ 6/14/17 2:44 PM Page 11 155 LAND AND TITLES (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 Under section 260 of the Land and Titles Act (Cap. 133), I make these Regulations: 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as The Land and Titles (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2017. 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the date it is published in the Gazette. 3 Replacement of Regnlation 6(1) Regulation 6(1) of the Land and Titles (General) Regulations (LN 164 of 1993 is replaced with the following: "(1) The following fees must be paid: A. REGISTRAR OF TITLES For certified copy of the register For certified copy of any registered instrument, per document For certified copy of any registry map, filed plan or per sheet For inspection of register or registered filed documents For any sear~h, per parcel number Registration of dealing Any other service performed by the Registrar of Titles or, his or her staff B.
