881 SUPPLEMENT to the Solomon Islands Gazette Tuesday 7th December, 2010 S.I. -No.78 [Legal Notice No. 166] THE FISHERIES ACT 1998 (No. 6 of 1998) ORDER IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49(2) and 52 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister hereby makes the following Order. 1. This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Sale of beche-de-mer) (Amendment) Order 2010. 2. The Fisheries (Sale of beche-de-mer) Order 2010' is amended by adding the following as paragraph 5. "5 The export license referred to in paragraph 2 may authorize in addition to the sale of the seized product, any green snail or other stock of beche-de-mer currently in possession of Haizen Trading Limited. The proceeds of such sale shall be subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 4". Dated at Honiara this seventh day of November, 2010.
