Exemppon from tax.-Notwithstanding anything cqntained in the J Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), Wealth Tax Act, 1963 ·(XV .of : 1963), Zakat and {)stir Ordinance, 1980 (XVUI of 1980), all contrib9tious and dpnations to oe Fund shail be' exempt from levy of these taxes -and deduction of J ·Zakat. . 9. ·.
