Responsibility for reporting. All. industrial units shall be responsible for • correct and timely submissionof En 11ironinental Monitoring Reports to the Agency. 4. Classification of industri:~.1 units. On. the basis of the pollution level (if an industrial unit, the Dir,cctor General shall classify the unit into category "A", '°'Lr' or ''C" for liquid emuents, and category ''A" or "B" for gaseous emissions: . Provided that till ·such lime as the pollution level of an industrial unit is determined, it shall be classified .according t6 the type of industry lo which it belongs, as shown in Schedule~!, for liquid clllucnts and .in Schedule-II, for gaseous emissions . 5. Category "A" .industrial units. (I)· An industrial unit 111 category "A" shall submit cnviron mental mdnitoring reports on monthly basis.:. (a) in respect of liq~1id ef!luents, for priority. paramctcr~s listed· in column J of Table "A'; of Schcdulu-111: . Environmental Monitoring Report. .:. (I) An environmental 1\10nitoring report ·shull compris~ a liquid effluents monitoring report, a gaseous emissions monitoring report and a cover sheet which shall be in the form as set out in Forms A, Band C, respectfully, of Schedule~ VI. • (2) .
