Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2021

2. Amendmcnt of section 2, Act ll of 1947. ln thc Prevenrion of rhe Comrprion AcL 1947 (ll of 1947), hereinafter refcrred as the said Act, in sectro 2, after the cxpression "Federal Govemment", the expression "and provincial government and instilution where govemment capital, share or conEol is involved" shall be added.

3. AmeDd ment of sertion 5, Act lI of 1947 n the said Ac! in section -l 5, in suEs{:ction (2), for lhe expression 'tcven yea6, or with linq or with both", dle axpression 'ten yea6 bul not less than scven ye2rs" shall b€ substitutcd.

4. Ameodmetrt of seclion 58. Act lI of 1947.-In lhc said Act, in section 58.- (a) in sutssection (l), lor the cxpression "hovincial Govemment". ahe words "Govemmcnt and institutions whcre Govemmenl capital share or control is involvcd ' shall bc substituted; and (b) in sub-scction (2), for the words "three years', the expression 'ten years bul not less than five years", shalLbe substrtuted.

5.
