No. Legis. 1-47/Law/71-IV.-The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Baluchistan on the I Ith May, 1983, is hereby published for pcral information : Preamble.-Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Baluchistan Grouad Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978, for the purpose herein after appearing ; • And whereas the Governor is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action ; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128 of the Constitution, read with Article 2 of the Provisional Constitution Order, 1981, (C. M. L. A. Order No. I of I 9dl), the Governor of Baluchistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance : 1, Short title and commencement.-(!) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Ground Water Rights Administration (Amendment)· Ordinance, .1983. (21 It shall come into force at once. 2. Am,ndmmt ofs,ctlon 4 ofOrJinanc, IX of 1978.-In the Baluchistan Grouad Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978, for clause (a) of subsection (1) of section 4, the following shall be sabstituted, namely : 11(a) The Committee shall consist of De;..&iry Comlllissioncr, Eitecutive Engineer of Water Supply Division, Director/Project Engineer, .Quetta Development Authority (in respect of Quella District), Extra Assistant Director. A'-~culturc and one non-•Jflicial member to be nominated by the Govcromen~ Executive Engineer, Water Supply Division of the Irrigation Department, will be the Secrct40:· ,,r the Committee.".
