THE:REFORE, in pursuance of lhe Presldcntlal Proclamation of the seventh day of October. 1958, and in e.xerc!Se of all powers enabling him In that behalf. the Governor of West .PakJs1an 1S pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordlhance: 1.
