ANACT entitled Fisheries (Management)(Amendment) Act 2015, Being an Act to amend the Fisheries (Management) Act 1998, MADE by the National Parliament INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2). Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended - (a) by deleting the definition of "exclqsive economic zone" and repiacing it with the following new definition: . • ""exclusive economic zone" has the meaning given to it by the Maritime Zones Act 2015;"; and (b) by deleting the definition of"intemal waters" and replacing it with the following new definition: ""internal waters" has the meaning given to it by the Maritime Zones Act 2015;".
