Schedule cl 3 Amendment to Schedule 6 of Fisheries Act 1996 Stock Area Requirements Prawn killer (Ibacus al­ ticrenatus) All New Zealand fisheries waters A commercial fisher may return any prawn killer to the waters from which it was taken if— (a) that prawn killer is likely to survive on return; and (b) the return takes place as soon as practicable after the prawn killer is taken. This order, which comes into force on 1 October 2008, amends Schedule 6 of the Fisheries Act 1996 by providing for the return to the water of prawn killers in the prescribed circumstances.
