Contents 1 Title 2 Commencement 3 Application 4 Principal notice amended 5 Schedule 1 amended Notice 1 Title This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Amendment Notice (No 3) 2008. 2 Commencement This notice comes into force on 30 September 2008. 3 Application This notice applies on and from the fishing year commencing on 1 October 2008. 4 Principal notice amended This notice amends the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986. 5 Schedule 1 amended The item relating to bluenose in Schedule 1 is amended by— (a) omitting from item A “1 000” and substituting “786”: (b) omitting from item B “1 048” and substituting “902”: (c) omitting from item C “100” and substituting “43”: (d) omitting from item D “150” and substituting “89”: (e) omitting from item E “925” and substituting “505”.
