Fisheries (Notification of Mātaitai Reserve at Tauparikaka and Tāngata Tiaki/Kaitiaki) Amendment Notice 2016 Pursuant to regulation 22 of the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regula tions 1999, the Minister for Primary Industries gives the following notice. (2) In clause 1, replace “Fisheries (Declaration and Notification of Tauperikaka Mātaitai Reserve and Appointment of Tangata Tiaki/Kaitiaki) Notice 2011” with “Fisheries (Notification of Mātaitai Reserve at Tauparikaka and Tāngata Tiaki/Kaitiaki) Notice 2011”. This notice, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends the name of the notice that was previously called the Fisheries (Dec laration and Notification of Tauperikaka Mātaitai Reserve and Appointment of Tangata Tiaki/Kaitiaki) Notice 2011 (Gazette 2011, p 3818). The amended name re fers to the mātaitai reserve at Tauparikaka, rather than Tauperikaka. This amendment reflects the name traditionally used for the area in which the mātaitai reserve is loca ted.
