These regulations, which come into force on 16 December 2010, amend Schedule 1 of the Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regu lations 2001. The amendment prescribes a new infringement offence for the pur pose of regulation 3C of the Fisheries (Challenger Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986, which relates to the taking or possessing of sand flounder less than 25 cm in length in the Challenger Fishery Management Area.
