REPUBLIC OF NAURU FISHERIES ACT 1997 NOTICE S.L No. 16 Notified: 11th November 2015 I, Hon Valdon Dowiyogo, Minister for Fisheries, under section 11(1) of the Fisheries Act 1997 hereby prohibit the commercial fishing and export of all species of sea cucumbers listed below and any species of sea cucumbers not listed that may be found in the future in Nauru waters.
