These regulations may be called the Wild Animals Preservation • (Prohibition of Dazzle) Regulations. • • 2~ The killing or capturing of animals or birds by using a bright lamp or other portable light for the purpose of dazzling them or otherwise rendering them more easy prey, is hereby prohibited and any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be liable to a fine of one hundred naira. (3) A renewal licence does not entitle the holder to kill or capture animals or birds in excess of the number authori zed by the original licence. 4.
