1. The Small and Medium Scale industries Development Agency Act No.l6, 2003 Amendment of (in this Act referred to as "the Principai Act") is amended as set out in this Act. Act No. 16,200:

2. Section 25 (2) ofthe Principal Act is amended by substituting for- Amendment of section 25 (a) the ·expression, "N50,000", in line 3, the expression, "'N500,000"; ancl (b) the word:;, "mn exceeding", in line 3, the word, '·'of''.
