LAND ADMINISTRATION FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2014 LAEN ADMINESTRIESHAN FII (CHIENJEN) REGYULIESHAN 2014 Regulations No. 6 of 2014 I, Gary Douglas Hardgrave, Administrator of Norfolk Island, acting in accordance with the advice of the Executive Council of Norfolk Island, make the following regulations under section 9 of the Land Administration Fees Act 1996. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Land Administration Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2014. 2. Principal regulations The Land Administration Fees Regulations 1997 are the principal regulations. 3. Amendment of the principal regulations Regulation 3A of the principal regulations is amended by – (a) deleting from paragraph (a) the words – “on which, immediately prior to his or her death, a deceased person principally resided”; and (b) substituting in subparagraphs (a)(i) and (ii) for the word “under”, the words, “in accordance with”.
