SEWERAGE SERVICES (AUTHORISATION OF COLLECTION OF CHARGES) ORDER 1994 PU(A) 116/1994 1. Citation and commencement. This order may be cited as the Sewerage Services (Authorisation of Collection of Charges) Order 1994. 2. Authorisation to collect sewerage charges. The Minister authorises Indah Water Konsortium Sdn. Bhd., a licensed sewerage services contractor to demand, collect and retain the sewerage charges prescribed under the Sewerage Services mentioned therein with effect from the 2nd April 1994 till the 31st March 2022 in the Federal territory of Kuala Lumpur under the terms of a Concession Agreement dated the 9th December 1993.
