PROTECTION OF WILD LIFE (CLOSE SEASON) ORDER 2010 PU(A) 230/2010 8 July 2010 IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 31(a) of the Protection of Wild Life Act 1972[Act 76], the Minister makes the following order: 1. Citation This order may be cited as the Protection of Wild Life (Close Season) Order 2010. 2. Close season The period from 1 November 2010 to 30 November 2015 shall be a close season in respect of Sambur Deer (Cervus unicolor equinus) Rusa and Barking Deer (Muntiacus muntjak) Kijang.
